“ Great service and fantastic food. We were visiting from Minnesota, went for lunch and it was so good we returned for dinner. It was the best food we had in Aquascalientes. We had the lacquered chicken which featured a mouthwatering orange mole with peach; and the Tacos De Lechuga (lettuce tacos with teriyaki chicken, avocado, and peach salsa). Both dishes were so good we were tempted to get the same things for dinner. The chef, Mauricio, was very sweet and came to talk to us about the dishes and we decided instead to get the oxtail burger because he said it was cooked for 8 hours and sounded amazing, plus the katsu fish dish. Because our Spanish is not good, our server misunderstood our order and only gave us the katsu, but that was fine because it left us room to try the chocolate mousse. Next time we go we'll definitely have to try the oxtail or the steak, they both sounded so good! But we'll definitely be getting the laquered chicken and lettuce tacos again because they were spectacular. We also loved the silentro cocktail. And the vineyard that Mauricio recommended (Casa de Quesada) was beautiful. ”
